About Us:
We have a squad of 25+/- players who regularly turn up to play. We offer structured rugby skills training with RFU qualified coaches, and enjoy competitive fixtures against other teams in Hertfordshire and Middlesex. In addition, we also enter County competitions and encourage all of the squad to join us on our end of season tour which is a lot of fun.
We cater for children of all abilities - whether they have been playing to a high standard with lots of ability and experience, right the way through to those who have never picked up a rugby ball before. Every season we have a number of new starters and as we are a community club, our primary focus is to ensure that the children enjoy their rugby and their weekends, while benefiting from rugby's core values of discipline, teamwork and respect.

Training & Playing
We usually train and play every Sunday morning. All 'home games' are played at our ground at the bottom of Byng Road. When we have away fixtures, we advise parents in advance (most matches are reasonably local), communicating through this Pitchero website. You can see all our arranged fixtures under 'Fixtures & Results'. When we do not have an arranged fixture, we will usually train at Byng Road, focussing on developing the players' skills ready for our next match.
We also usually train on Wednesday evenings, starting at 7pm. This is a shorter session of 60 mins.

Your child will need football/rugby boots and a mouth guard.

Getting involved
If you would like your child to come down to Barnet Elizabethans RFC to see how they get on, you will be made to feel very welcome. We have a great group of players who are very easy to get on with. Our parents and coaches (who are also parents) really enjoy watching the players develop as well as enjoying each others company, often in the bar! You can simply turn up on Sunday morning (or Wednesday evening) and give it a go. There is absolutely no pressure to continue - you can join in for the first few weeks (at the start or at any time during the season) just to see if you like it.
